A popular request for Robert and myself has been what we have for breakfast, so I woke up a bit earlier than normal to take some pictures of our typical breakfast.
I – by accident – arranged the picture to correlate with the timeline of our morning routine so you can just follow long from left to right and see what we do step by step! 🙂 I can’t believe I was thinking so clearly at 6 am, I’m very impressed with myself!
First up on the far left, after our bowls, is a glass of lemon water. I use the juice of one lemon and then I add water. The amount of water isn’t very scientific just 1/2 cold water and 1/2 hot water. This totals a little less than .5 L just to give you an idea.
Next I get out our chia seeds (in the jar), cinnamon, greek yogurt, PB Fit, protein powder, bananas, and some nuts. This all to make our breakfast bowl! More on this below.
Lastly I prep my coffee 🙂
For myself I use 130g of greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop protein, 0.8 oz nuts, one mashed banana, 1/2 tablespoon PB Fit, dash of cinnamon and 1/2 tbsp chia seeds.
For Robert I use 160g greek yogurt and a full scoop of protein powder. The rest of the portions are similar.
I hope you all try out our breakfast bowl – it’s light while still filling and loaded in protein. It’s a yummy alternative to eating eggs for breakfast! The best thing is that the clean up is minimal!
Ok….let me have my coffee now please 🙂
