Belly has really popped this week really making me “feel” pregnant all the time! It’s also putting more pressure on my stomach making digestion slower and really forcing me to follow the golden pregnancy rule – eating smalls meals frequently. Now I know why pregnant ladies are always snacking, there’s no space for a full meal!
Training went well this week, I lifted weights and did a Le Workout class. I supplemented that with hour long walks – we booked our baby-moon to Athens next month (let me know if you have any suggestions for us!) and I want to be sure that I’ll be able to keep up with all the walking and touring. We also hit the beach twice this week so overall a pretty active week for me and the bump!
I had my morphology check up this past week (pregnancy essential tests in this previous article) and everything went well – and I have these adorable ultrasound photos that I want to share with you all! Top picture is Baby M’s face-the two dark spots are the eyes, you can also see outlines of his nose and mouth and the dark spot on the mid right side is his precious heart! Bottom picture is his little foot that has started to kick me 😉
