Weekly Workout

This is a new segment to get you motivated to have an active weekend!

You’re always going to say “I’ll start Monday”, then a hundred Monday’s will pass without any change. So why wait till Monday? Start today! Try out this full body weight workout and take a picture or video and tag us on Instagram! @legymonline

It is a great circuit for anyone to try out, just follow along the video if you aren’t sure how to perform a movement.

Do a circuit (back to back) of 15-20 repetitions per movement:

  1. Squats ( you can add weight if you are able!)
  2. TRX rows
  3. Push-ups (On a bar like I did in the video, on your knees, or full push-ups)
  4. 50 jumps with a jump rope (If you are more advanced you can do 100-200 jumps)

Beginners can repeat 2 times with a 45 second break in between circuits. Intermediate to advanced can repeat 3-5 times.
